About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leadership: Build, develop, and inspire a high-performing finance team of three qualified accountants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Controls & Governance: Enhance internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
3. Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to streamline and automate financial processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
4. Financial Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality financial reporting to support critical business decisions.
5. Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive business growth and operational success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* CA/CPA qualification and experience in senior finance roles.
* Big 4 accounting firm background.
* Expertise in technical accounting, financial controls, and compliance.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and inspire high-performing teams.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
* Demonstrated ability to thrive in complex, dynamic business environments.
