Business Development Manager – Labour Hire / Recruitment (360 Desk) | 8 Mile Plains, Brisbane
We're looking for a proven Business Development Manager who knows how to win work, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue in a 360 recruitment or labour hire environment.
This is a role for someone who has already built a desk and wants the right platform to scale it further.
At ARG Workforce, the structure is built for experienced billers. The base/retainer is leaner at the start, but once established the earning potential becomes fully uncapped.
You are rewarded directly for what you bill, with uncapped commissions and no KPIs holding you back.
You'll also have a dedicated delivery team behind you, so you can focus on winning business and growing accounts rather than getting stuck in admin or fulfilment.
What you'll be doing:
* Winning new business across blue and white collar labour hire
* Managing and growing your own client base
* Running a full 360 desk
* Building long‐term client relationships

* Proven 360 recruitment or labour hire sales experience
* Strong business development capability
* Track record of billing success
