We are seeking a skilled leader to join our team as Regional Manager.
This role involves guiding a portfolio of services in the Geelong region, overseeing a team of Coordinators and ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing people matters, nurturing relationships with schools and resolving parent/school enquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead a team of Coordinators to deliver high-quality OSHC experiences.
* Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for a portfolio of services.
* Manage people matters, including recruitment, training and performance management.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Leadership experience in a childcare or OSHC setting.
* Skilled at mentoring a team to its fullest potential.
* Diploma equivalent or above in a childcare-related field.
