Bar Supervisors
RSA certificate (QLD)
Excellent customer service
Broad bar product knowledge of beers, draft beer, pre-mix drinks, basic wine knowledge
Have Keno experience or willing to learn
RSG certificate (QLD)
Gaming Machine Attendant experience
Prior TAB experience (or willing to learn)
Must be willing to work most shifts hands on in Bar, Gaming, TAB, Café, Food Service.
6 months prior Supervisory experience
Duty Managers
Need to have all the Bar Supervisor items plus:
5+ years Hospitality or Retail experience
2+ years Supervisory experience
Solid problem-solving skills and a can-do approach
Classes themselves as a customer service legend
RMLV (approved Manager training) – current or willingness to recertify
Approved Manager license (or able to get ASAP)
Current Drivers’ License (with a safe driving history)
Not afraid of computers
1+ supervisory/ management experience
These roles will be based at the Beach House Hotel, but have potential to work at the Carriers Arms Hotel as well.

The Persal Hotel Group pay all award loadings and penalties that our team are entitled to.
