Disability Support Practitioner Job
We are seeking a Disability Support Practitioner to support individuals with cerebral palsy and other disabilities in a group home setting.
About the Role
* Deliver personalised support to clients, focusing on daily living tasks such as mealtimes, personal care, and medication administration.
* Support clients to engage in their community and build skills for independence.
* Monitor client well-being and report progress.
* Provide transport assistance using a minivan.
* Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Requirements
* Availability for a minimum of 3 days a week, 20 hours (minimum requirement).
* A current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum).
* Ability to travel locally across the Northern Beaches.
