What you’ll be doing: Walking into your centre you’ll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our Pilbara nature escape. When the door opens, you’ll smell the fresh home-style meals and feel the community spirit, while you catch up with your fabulous colleagues and your special little ones.
You’ll encourage them to grow socially, emotionally while instilling a love for learning. You’ll work with a close-knit team of educators, to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You’ll maintain high quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families.
At the end of your shift, you’ll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit. You’ll be great in this role if you… Have infectious enthusiasm and passion in early years education and care
Have a degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent Can obtain HLTAID012
First Aid certificate or equivalent Understand the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012 Previous experience in children services, developing or implementing programs for 0-to-5-year-olds.
Can obtain a National Police Certificate and Working with Children card Our latest survey results
