The position involves providing family support and social work services to children and families in a rural community.

We are seeking a qualified social worker with experience in working with vulnerable and complex families.
Responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing individualized plans to support families.
* Providing clinical supervision and supporting the development of junior staff.
* Participating in quality improvement activities and contributing to research and professional development.
The successful candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a social worker, preferably in a rural setting.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural competence.
