Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience as an Internal or External Auditor within NDIS, DVA, Aged Care and/or Childcare
* In-depth knowledge of relevant Practice Standards and audit processes
* Confident working independently with minimal onboarding
* Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
Key Responsibilities
Client Audit Preparation & Delivery
* Prepare clients for audits, including:
* Reviewing policies, procedures, and supporting evidence
* Providing audit-specific guidance and training
* Ensuring full audit readiness and compliance
* Support clients throughout the audit process, including audit attendance where required.
* Aim for zero non-conformities across all client audits.
Audit Review & Continuous Improvement
* Review internal and external audit reports for accuracy, quality, and compliance.
* Create and issue audit training certificates for clients.
* Provide internal coaching and guidance on compliance standards.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit frameworks, templates, and methodologies.
Client Retention & Upsells
* Build trusted, long-term relationships with audit clients.
* Proactively identify and recommend additional compliance or audit-related services to support client growth and retention.
* Work collaboratively with Sales and CRM teams to convert audit outcomes into ongoing service opportunities.
Improve internal processes, workflows, and documentation systems.
* Review and refine client business plans to improve quality and effectiveness.
* Support document management for the documents team, including:
* Scheduling weekly tasks
* Flagging shortages, risks, or compliance gaps in advance
* Stay up to date with NDIS, DVA, Aged Care and Childcare legislation and industry updates.
* Support broader business operations as required.
