Join our Contract Governance and Impact team and play a key role in driving data-informed decisions at Anglicare WA. As our Business Intelligence Officer, you will support excellence in practice governance.
In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate closely with service operations teams to identify organisational needs, design innovative reporting solutions, and ensure accurate, timely tracking and reporting of our diverse service and funding contracts. Your expertise in handling complex data and technical functions will directly contribute to Anglicare WA's reputation for integrity, accountability, and outstanding service delivery.
This is a part time (30 hours per week) permanent opportunity and includes flexible and family friendly work options to help you balance work around life.
Skills and Experiences:
What You Will Bring
To be successful you will have:
* Tertiary qualification and some degree of related equivalent work experience.
* Strong technical proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, data modelling, and report development.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
* Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
* A demonstrated passion for social impact initiatives
Desirable
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with data extraction from various sources (databases, SharePoint, flat files, etc.), and understanding of data structures.
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Drivers Licence.

Remuneration And Benefits
* From $99,469 per annum (pro rata) plus 12% superannuation
* In addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy tax-free salary packaging benefits where you can package up to $15,900 + $2,600 for entertainment expenses per annum and not pay tax on that amount
* Additional 3 days (pro-rata) leave per year over the festive period
* Hybrid working options
* Ability to purchase additional leave
