This award winning, industry leader in luxury residential homes is currently looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to the business. Their projects are absolutely stunning and vary from $1m-$6m, all of which are custom and one-off. This is a rare opportunity to work with a brilliant business who will welcome you with open arms from day one.
The candidate required for this position ideally has a minimum 5 + years' experience estimating residential homes. This role is an integral part of their team. The focus of this role is to service the team and their projects, no two projects are the same, high level of attention to detail & accuracy in numbers is a must.
Responsibilities
The role focuses on estimating residential homes for a variety of projects, supporting the team and ensuring accurate costings for each project. No two projects are the same, requiring a high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 5+ years' experience estimating residential homes
* Personal skills: good communication, able to liaise with designers, engineers, contractors and supervisors
* Strong time management and teamwork abilities
* Accuracy in numbers and strong IT skills
* Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
