About the Role An opportunity for an experienced catering chef to step into a senior leadership role within a highly modern, innovative, and systems-driven catering business. Operating Monday to Friday, this role oversees a large culinary operation delivering primarily corporate catering, alongside events, large-scale functions, and bespoke offerings. Reporting to the Culinary Director, you'll lead a team of 30 chefs across multiple production kitchens and full-service catering facilities. This is a role for a versatile, organised, and people-focused leader who can balance culinary creativity with structure, consistency, and operational excellence. About You This role is suited to a Head or Executive Chef with explicit catering experience and a strong background in structured, high-volume environments. You will bring: Proven leadership experience in catering operations (essential) Ability to manage large teams across multiple production kitchens Broad culinary skillset with versatility across cuisines and service styles Strong understanding of systems, processes, food safety, and quality control Experience delivering everything from daily corporate catering to large-scale events A collaborative leadership style that values culture, retention, and team development Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan, forecast, and execute at scale Full Australian working rights Benefits Monday to Friday role - genuine work-life balance Highly modern, process-driven operation with strong infrastructure Stable, high-retention team with a positive, professional culture Opportunity to work closely with a Culinary Director and influence food direction Competitive salary package ($100-120K Super) Considering a Change in 2026?
