$75,000 - 80,000 + Superannuation a year, Full Time

Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Oversee the overall performance of the football team and the club, both tactically and strategically. Training & Development: Design, implement, and lead training sessions that focus on skills, teamwork, and fitness. Technical Direction: Develop and oversee the technical direction for football across all age groups and support and mentor coaches to ensure high-quality training programs and player development. Match Preparation & Analysis: Prepare the team for matches, analyse game performance, and make adjustments as needed. Mentorship: Mentor and guide coaches, players, and support staff in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Community Engagement: Engage with the local football community to promote the program and inspire future players.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years proven experience as a football coach at an advanced level (professional, semi-professional, or elite youth football)
- Must hold as a minimum FFA AFC B - License or highercoaching qualification. Those holding a UEFA B Licence or higher would be highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- In-depth knowledge of football tactics, strategies, and player development
- Ability to mentor and develop coaches to improve coaching standards across all levels. A passion for mentoring and developing talent
