You will be supporting the international roll‐out of our approved prostate cancer imaging agent and helping us to advance our portfolio of late clinical‐stage products that address significant unmet need in oncology and rare diseases.

The Director, Global Remuneration & Performance leads Telix's global reward and performance architecture across all jurisdictions. Reporting to the SVP, Global People & Culture, this role is accountable for designing and governing remuneration frameworks that align company performance, individual performance, and shareholder value.

This role ensures Telix's executive, employee and Board remuneration programs are competitive, compliant (ASX and Nasdaq), performance‐linked, and strategically aligned to business outcomes. The Director partners closely with the CFO, Company Secretary, Finance, Tax, and the Board to ensure robust governance, regulatory compliance, and shareholder alignment.

The position leads a small team, is a member of the P&C Leadership team (PCLT), and oversees global remuneration, incentive and equity operations.

Key Accountabilities

* Design and evolve Telix's global remuneration framework to directly link company strategy, financial performance and individual contribution to reward outcomes
* Integrate company and individual performance metrics into STI, LTI and executive reward design
* Ensure remuneration structures reinforce accountability, sustainable growth and shareholder value creation
* Provide strategic advice to the PCLT and Board on reward philosophy, market positioning and pay‐for‐performance outcomes
* Oversee the design and execution of remuneration principles and processes, including the annual remuneration review

Executive & Board Remuneration (ASX & Nasdaq)

* Design and administer executive remuneration frameworks including STI, LTI, equity grants and performance hurdles
* Advise on NED remuneration, Board and Committee fee structures, and international director payments
* Partner with external advisors on benchmarking and regulatory developments
* Prepare remuneration reporting disclosures for Annual Reports and regulatory filings

Global Incentive & Equity Programs

* Lead the design, governance principles and operation of global variable remuneration programs, including sales incentives and retention awards
* Oversee all employee and NED share plans including grant design, allocation, reporting, vesting, exercise and expiry
* Manage equity infrastructure and vendor relationships to ensure strong employee experience and compliance
* Conduct financial modelling, sensitivity analysis and cost governance for all incentive plans

Governance, Risk & Compliance

* Ensure compliance with Corporations Act 2001, ASX Listing Rules, SEC requirements and global tax/employment laws
* Prepare and contribute to company reporting including annual reporting according to ASX and Nasdaq listing requirements
* Maintain SOX‐compliant processes and audit documentation
* Prepare and present Board and Committee papers
* Monitor market trends and regulatory changes across jurisdictions

Leadership

* Lead and develop a high‐performing remuneration team
* Act as the senior remuneration advisor to PCLT and executive leaders
* Build strong cross‐functional partnerships across Finance, Legal, Tax and Company Secretary

Education And Experience

* 10+ years' experience in remuneration and executive compensation
* Experience designing and running global remuneration programs within ASX‐listed companies; Nasdaq experience strongly preferred
* Proven experience in equity plan governance and regulatory reporting
* Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
* Demonstrated experience preparing Board and Committee papers
* Experience leading and developing remuneration teams
