What You'll Do
* As a Sleep Coach, you'll be a trusted guide for customers on their sleep health journey. You'll work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service, drive business growth, and uphold our reputation for excellence.
* Achieve sales targets while delivering compassionate, solution-focused service
* Coach customers through their sleep health journey, offering tailored recommendations
* Stay up to date with ResMed's product training and knowledge
* Manage client follow-ups, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records
* Ensure clinic presentation meets high standards—stock management, cleanliness, and organization
* Maintain and reprocess trial equipment
* Liaise confidently with third parties when needed
What You Bring
* Experienced: Minimum 2 years in retail or customer service, with multitasking skills
* Detail-oriented: POS, cash handling, and visual merchandising experience
* Calm & compassionate: Able to support customers with empathy, even under pressure
* A strong communicator: Adaptable, confident, and solution-focused
* Tech-savvy: Familiarity with MYOB or MedTech is a plus
* Healthcare-minded: Background in pharmacy or healthcare is preferred
