Description

The Property Operations Manager role holds a varied remit, including:

* Manage and execute the facilities operations program across our property assets, ensuring all activities meet standards for compliance, operational efficiency, and safety.
* Strengthen partnerships with the Outsourced Service Provider, emphasising innovation, performance improvement, and the delivery of tangible value.
* Design and roll out strategic procurement plans for property-related categories, aiming to capture the full scope of addressable spend.
* Coordinate leasing and subleasing processes, securing favourable terms and working closely with legal and finance teams to ensure alignment.
* Lead and mentor a team of direct reports, promoting collaboration, enhancing performance, and maintaining consistent service levels across all sites.

Profile

A successful Property Operations Manager in this context should have:

* Demonstrated expertise in maintaining properties, ensuring regulatory compliance and managing commercial leasing processes effectively.
* Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Highly developed project management skills, with a proven history of successfully delivering complex property-related projects.
* Skilled in supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and implementing strategies to mitigate operational risks.
* Extensive experience in property operations, ideally supported by formal qualifications in property or project management (e.g. Prince2, PMP).
