Our Truganina site is a highly automated, industry-leading food manufacturing facility, and we're looking for an Industrial Electrician who wants to contribute beyond the tools — someone driven to improve systems, strengthen reliability, and be part of a proactive maintenance culture.
What You'll Do:
* Drive reliability outcomes across a highly automated production environment
* Execute and enhance preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control system faults with urgency and precision
* Partner with mechanical trades and production teams to maximise plant uptime
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that lift performance, safety and efficiency
* Take ownership of your work and actively support team KPIs
This is not a reactive breakdown role — this is about building reliability, strengthening systems, and being proud of the standard you set.

About You:
* Victorian A Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
* Strong industrial electrical experience (manufacturing environment preferred)
* Exposure to automated systems, PLCs and control systems (food manufacturing advantageous)
* A self-starter who identifies issues before they become problems
* Team-oriented, accountable, and driven to add value
* Strong communicator who works collaboratively across cross functional teams
