Responsibilities
- Safely operate high reach forklifts to move, load, and unload goods within the warehouse.
- Conduct careful and accurate order picking to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working workplace for all team members.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by regularly updating records and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless operations and address any challenges promptly.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the warehouse to optimize efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Report and document any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to ensure timely repairs.
Qualifications
- Valid LF License and demonstrated experience in high reach forklift operation.
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check or willingness to obtain one.
- Proven experience in order picking and working within high-volume warehouse operations.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
- Commitment to promoting a culture of safety, diversity, and inclusion.
- Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting and moving heavy items, as required.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment.
