The Job
* Collaborate with the Finance Team to ensure seamless support services.
* Coordinate maintenance tasks such as Planned Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance across multiple services and contracts, ensuring successful task lifecycle completion within CMMS systems.
* Maintain data quality and records related to assets and maintenance, keeping them up-to-date.
* Operate the internal helpdesk line, answering calls from engineers and client service desks, updating tasks as required.
* Closing work orders, entering close-off numbers, and performing necessary checks to move POs to approved status.
* Liaise with technicians daily to ensure SLA performance meets KPI standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Familiarity with maintenance operations and activities.
* High-level computer skills, specifically within Microsoft Excel, and ability to learn new software applications.
