About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Food & Beverage Outlets Manager to lead a collection of nine outlets – restaurants, bars and dining experiences within one of the Gold Coast's most iconic resort destinations. This is a rare opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role – where you will curate elevated guest experiences, inspire high‐performing teams and shape the future of a refined, multi‐outlet operation delivering excellence at every touchpoint.

As Food & Beverage Outlets Manager, you'll be responsible for the day‐to‐day performance and long‐term success of our outlets. Supported by a dedicated leadership team, you'll deliver guest experiences while steering commercial performance and continuous improvement across the business. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Executive Manager, your key responsibilities include:
* Lead and develop large, diverse F&B teams across multiple outlets
* Drive a high‐performance, guest‐first culture
* Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless service and quality delivery
* Manage labour, costs and financial performance in line with budgets
* Identify opportunities to grow revenue and enhance the guest experience
* Implement training, succession planning and team development initiatives
* Maintain effective stakeholder relationships internally and externally
* Ensure compliance with service standards, safety and responsible service of alcohol
What you'll need to be successful
* Proven leadership experience in a multi‐outlet, 4‐5‐star hotel or resort environment
* Developed knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards and hospitality trends
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and performance targets
* Demonstrated ability to lead, develop and inspire high‐performing teams
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships
* Confident and hands‐on leader with the ability to manage fast‐paced operations and resolve complex guest situations
* Strong operational mindset with experience in POS systems, Microsoft Office applications, PMS Opera, reporting and process improvement
* RSA certificate
* Flexibility and availability to work a 7‐day roster including evenings, weekends & public holidays
