Job Description
We are seeking experienced professionals to fill various roles in our NSW team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the properties are maintained to a high standard.
The Portfolio Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management and operational performance of assigned properties. This includes tenant relations, financial management, vendor oversight, and ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard.
* Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties.
* Manage tenant relationships and address concerns.
* Develop and manage property budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and maintain a portfolio of commercial properties.
* Oversee building systems and ensure a safe and comfortable environment for tenants and visitors.
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience in commercial property management.
* Strong financial management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Leadership experience.
