ABOUT THE POSITION
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-performing Sydney-based team delivering projects across multiple sectors and building typologies. You will play a key role in providing end-to-end cost management and advisory services, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and commercially.
Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, you will provide detailed cost advice, manage budgets, and contribute to value engineering and risk mitigation strategies. Strong client engagement and the ability to adapt across different sectors will be critical to success in this role.
DUTIES
Provide detailed cost advice and accurate estimates tailored to individual projects
Manage variations, progress claims, and site valuations
Attend design and client meetings, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Prepare detailed cost reports and undertake financial reconciliations
Utilise industry-leading software, including MS Office and CostX
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3+ years' Quantity Surveying experience within the building sector
Exposure to projects across multiple sectors is highly regarded
Strong technical understanding of cost management and construction methodologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
