Location : Adelaide
About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage incoming and outgoing communications, provide exceptional customer service, and direct administrative activities in the office while learning and growing their experience in the transport and logistics industry. If you’re ready to contribute to a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
* Assist management and staff with various administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
* Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, assisting clients, and resolving issues in a friendly and professional manner.
* Work with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Assisting with data entry of timesheets, payroll, purchase and work orders.
Skills And Experience
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows with high attention to detail.
* Strong verbal and written communication, with a customer service focus.
* Capacity to identify issues and find solutions to challenges that arise in day-to-day operations.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
* Aptitude for identifying issues and developing solutions to address challenges in day-to-day operations.
