Job Description:



We are seeking an experienced property services manager to oversee and maintain our facilities and grounds. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-presented environment for students, staff, and visitors.



Key Responsibilities include managing property services and maintenance across the college, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and coordinating contractors to support operational needs.




Requirements:




* Proven experience in property management and maintenance

* Excellent communication skills

* Able to work independently
