Job Title: Boutique Retail Manager
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated retail professional to join our boutique team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing sales teams, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the highest level of service to customers
* Develop product knowledge and serve as the storyteller of our brand
* Lead the team by example, using our values as a guide
* Assist the Boutique Manager in day-to-day management of the boutique
* Meet KPIs and coach others to achieve theirs
* Oversee visual merchandising and sensory experiences that delight our customers
* Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers
* Ensure the boutique and its staff meet our high standards
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have previous retail management experience (2-3 years minimum). You will also need to understand customer service and be able to tailor in-store experiences to each customer.
