This newly created role would be a great opportunity for a commercially minded finalist/newly Qualified CA/CPA to support the Senior Finance Analyst in all areas of budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis in a growing Australian business. You will work closely with operational stakeholders to provide visibility over financial performance and help drive improved business decisions.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Support the preparation of annual budgets and regular forecasts
* Deliver monthly management reports and detailed variance analysis
* Provide financial analysis to support business performance and decision-making
* Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial planning
* Work with operational teams to understand drivers of performance
As the successful candidate, you will possess:
* CA/CPA qualification (or working towards) with experience in a finance analyst or management accounting role
* Solid Excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERPs
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly
* Good communication skills and confidence working with non-finance stakeholders
