About the role
Leading and mentoring our in-house design team. Overseeing the creative direction and design quality of our print magazines. Guiding the design of a wide variety of printed products. Overseeing digital design across websites, EDMs, banner ads, animations and social media graphics for both client and in-house projects. Managing client and in-house print and digital advertising creatives. Ensuring creative consistency, efficiency, and high standards across all design output. Working five days a week, on-site in our Docklands office. About you
Strong print and digital design expertise with proven creative experience. 5+ years of design experience leading a team of min. 10+ designers. Outstanding ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organisational and project management skills. Ability to lead a team while also contributing creatively when required. Ability to meet strict deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
