Purpose of the role:

Our Project Managers play a critical role in the delivery of our programs. You will managepeople, resources, information, and activities to deliver development programs in a way that is highimpact and low maintenance for our clients and demonstrates high levels of care.

Project Managers are primarily responsible for supporting Managing Consultants to deliver programs on time, on budget and with an exceptional client experience by:

* Delivering a high impact, low maintenance customer experience
* Maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with Associates, clients and partners
* Demonstrating high levels of care for participants and clients by managing communications, data and information that enable high standards of program delivery
* Coordinating resources to ensure high quality timely delivery to the client
* Providing accurate record keeping such as forecasting to provide reliable management information to the team

High impact, low maintenance client experience

* Manage the delivery of our programs ensuring high quality learning experiences are delivered on time and on budget
* Form collaborative and trusting stakeholder relationships with our client teams, taking an 'above all we are a team' approach to our work.
* Respond to the client and the team to a reliable and timely way, building confidence in our levels of service
* Plan programs of work in collaboration with clients and LIW team members
* Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy in your work so that the data and information you share can be relied upon to inform decisions
* Build the client's confidence in our brand by thinking about the details so they don't have to
* Be present to the needs of the team, our customers and the planet – make sustainable choices about travel and program materials
* Build strong relationships with client teams, understanding their needs and being a trusted partner
* Attend and participate in team and client meetings, ensuring the team have up-to-date information about your client accounts

Exceptional attention to detail and problem solving

* Manage risks and solve problems associated with delivering to the client – working alongside the Managing Consultants to generate options to and decide a course of action
* Administrate team and individual performance tools such as 360 psychometrics
* Use business systems efficiently and accurately to capture project information and manage workflow,
* Manage the financial health of projects – tracking operating margin and forecasting revenue, providing financial reporting and managing administration

Skills and Experience: The role will suit you if:

* You have excellent attention to detail and are well organised, highly efficient and enjoy getting stuff done
* You take pride in delivering quality service
* You can take ambiguous intentions and turn them into clear plans, and you enjoy solving problems collaboratively
* You like processes and systems and are confident with technology using multiple systems to deliver to the team and our clients

Hours of work:

* The role is full time- 40 hours per week
* Flexible Working (Hybrid with weekly split between home and our office in Warriewood)
* Our team is globally distributed - the role is based in Australia, and you would work primarily with our Australian-based clients. However, you will need to be flexible to attend team meetings that accommodate international time zones.
