As our Showroom Sales Consultant, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming builders, renovators, and retail clients into our Taylors Beach branch. With your product knowledge and consultative approach, you’ll guide customers through bathroom, kitchen, and laundry product selections - helping them bring their projects to life. Your responsibilities: Engage with retail customers and trade clients in the showroom Provide tailored advice on tapware, vanities, toilets, bathroomware and plumbing solutions Prepare detailed quotes, process orders and manage projects through to completion Coordinate product selections for builders and their clients Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, suppliers and repeat customers Proactively generate new business and drive showroom sales Maintain a clean, modern and inspiring showroom presentation Work closely with your branch team, assisting across counter or warehouse when needed What you’ll need to succeed: Industry Experience : Plumbing, trade, or showroom sales experience is a plus – but not essential. Customer Focus : Ability to understand renovation needs and provide expert recommendations. Team Player Attitude : Adaptable, “can do” mindset to support a high-performing team. Strong Communication : Confident working with experienced trades and customers alike. Licence Requirements : A valid driver’s licence is required. Full Australian Working Rights : An Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident.
