Job Overview
The Asset Administration Assistant role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of asset records, maintenance systems, and reports.
* Maintain administrative systems, databases, spreadsheets, and reports to provide up-to-date information when required.
* Manage file storage for assets and general workshop equipment related to fleet and plant.
* Support tasks involving Company Car fuel, E-Tags, compliance, recalls, and more.
* Assist with asset acquisitions, sales, and disposals, including liaison with sellers and buyers, documentation submission, and payments.
* Aid in bulk vehicle registration renewals and registration-related activities.
* Contribute to Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Management.
* Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed.
Key qualifications include:
* Previous experience in administration or a willingness to undertake training to develop administrative skills.
* Basic office administration skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook.
* Certificate III in Administration, Excel, or Microsoft Office is beneficial.
* Demonstrated knowledge of complaint handling, workplace health and safety, policies, and procedures.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
* Demonstrated initiative and high level of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
* Current Australian driver's license issued by the relevant state.
