ABOUT THE ROLE The Works Hawthorn is our global flagship store, spanning over 2,000 square metres and showcasing exclusive extended ranges available only at this location.
As Store Manager, you will lead a team of 50+ team members and set the tone for excellence across sales, Visual Merchandising and back-of-house operations.
You are a true merchant who leads from the sales floor, coaching and developing your team while delivering an elevated customer experience.
Working closely with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Planning and Buying teams, and with Head Office located next door, this role offers rare visibility and influence.
Our Store Managers enjoy a rotating roster designed to support work-life balance, including every second weekend off.
ABOUT YOU You are an experienced Store Manager with maturity, strong emotional intelligence and a passion for customer service.
You bring proven experience leading large, high-volume retail environments and managing teams of 40+ team members.
You pride yourself on high Visual Merchandising standards, strong commercial outcomes and developing engaged, high-performing teams.
