How the role works
You'll operate within an experienced portfolio sales team
, working to maintain and grow business across a collection of markets and existing clients.
As the portfolio Junior Account Manager, you'll gain experience in all elements of the professional B2B sales process, operating as a force multiplier for your team. You'll assist with tenders, quoting, scoping, client relationship building and all aspects of the sales process…all while learning and gaining real experience with a real pathway.
What you'll be doing
* Working alongside your portfolio team within your assigned market sector/s
* Building relationships with business customers and learning consultative selling techniques
* Managing enquiries, quotes, follow-ups, and customer communication
* Assist with executing established portfolio sales strategies
* Identifying sales opportunities and contributing to pipeline growth
* Developing strong product and industry knowledge across AV and unified communications
* Contributing towards team sales targets
* Gradually taking on greater responsibility and account ownership as your capability grows
Who we're looking for
We're looking for someone with energy, initiative, and a genuine desire to succeed in B2B tech sales. You'll bring:
* Experience in sales or customer-facing roles
* A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
* Confidence in communicating with people at all levels
* Good organisation, follow-up, and time management skills
* An interest in technology and how it supports modern workplaces
* A proactive mindset and team-first attitude
Previous B2B or technology experience is
not required
— training, mentoring, and support will be provided.
