**About the Role**
As a Facilities Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our client's facilities, ensuring safety, compliance, and optimal functionality. Your main responsibilities will include:
- **Leading a team **of facilities staff and subcontractors to deliver high-quality service and maintain a safe work environment.
- **Managing maintenance and repairs **to ensure facilities are in top condition and meet compliance standards.
- Conducting **regular inspections **and identifying areas for improvement, with proactive recommendations and solutions.
- **Overseeing preventative maintenance schedules **to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders.
**About You**
- **Australian Citizenship **due to security requirements.
- **Proven experience **in facilities management, maintenance, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of **WHS regulations **and commitment to safety best practices.
- Excellent **leadership and team management skills **to inspire and guide your team.
- Strong **communication and problem-solving **abilities.
- Relevant qualifications in **Facilities Management, Building Services, **or similar (highly regarded).
