Part-Time Educational Leader – Fixed Term (Maternity Leave Cover)
About the role:
Cire Early Learning Mount Evelyn is looking for an inspiring Educational Leader to join our team.
This is a fixed-term part-time, out-of-ratio position, working 22.8 hours per week across Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Our Mount Evelyn service is located beside the beautiful Morrison Reserve and offers three purpose designed rooms with capacity for 66 children per day. We are a small, community focused service supported by a strong, well established team who bring consistency, experience, and genuine care to every family. Our extensive outdoor spaces provide children with rich opportunities for exploration, play, and connection with nature.
The Educational Leader will:
* Provide collaborative pedagogical leadership as an important member of Cire Early Learning’s Senior Leadership Team.
* Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, educators and the wider service community.
* Mentor and coach educators to strengthen practice, reflective thinking and shared decision-making.
* Lead the effective implementation of the early years planning cycle.
* Promote safe, inclusive and empowering environments that uphold children’s agency and identity.
* Champion continuous quality improvement across all aspects of the educational program and daily practice.

* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. VIT registration is highly regarded
* Hold current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Hold a current Working with Children Check
