Job Title: IT Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional support to our employees across Australia.
* Deliver first-class technical support services, addressing day-to-day IT needs and resolving complex issues promptly and professionally.
* Maintain, support and provision desktop hardware, including PCs, laptops, mobile devices, printers and other peripherals, ensuring seamless functionality and minimizing downtime.
* Provide outstanding customer service to senior executive leadership team members and VIPs, responding promptly to their queries and resolving their concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist with asset management and disposal processes, ensuring accurate tracking and secure removal of company assets.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a technical IT support and customer-facing role, providing expert guidance and solutions to complex technical issues.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse stakeholders and delivering compelling presentations as required.
* Completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise necessary to excel in this role.
* Proven experience supporting Office 365, Windows 10 and Active Directory technologies, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
