Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations and Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operations and maintenance of below and above ground infrastructure across the Mitchell region.
The Network Operations team plays a critical role in maintaining the continuity of supply of water and sewer services to customers through both planned maintenance activities and reactive works, as well as assisting in operational improvements and efficiencies to meet customer expectations.

* A trade qualification, with minimum 3 years' experience in plumbing, drainage, pipe laying, or civil construction.
* Proficiency in the use of plumbing/water industry related machinery, hand and power tools.
* Knowledge of pumps, potable water and sewer infrastructure is highly desirable.
* Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
* An aptitude for problem-solving.

This role has been classified as per our Enterprise Agreement as a Band 2-3 position. Successful candidates will be remunerated within the span of this classification based on demonstrated skills, experience and qualifications.
