About This Role
As a Business Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue and profit targets by implementing business strategies to expand sales of major and small appliance brands.
* Conduct regular business reviews with key stakeholders, including buyers, department managers, and franchisees, at leading retailers such as Harvey Norman and The Good Guys.
* Develop and execute sales plans to meet commercial objectives and drive business growth.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify sales opportunities, develop store business plans, and optimize product offerings.
* Present and implement monthly channel plans to ensure alignment with business objectives.
* Manage inventory, orders, and claims to minimize losses and maximize sales.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
