They are looking for Fruit Growers/ Crop Farmer
As a Fruit Grower, you will play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the growth and development of our orchards. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing orchard planting, maintenance, and harvesting schedules.
Operate and maintain hydroponic and horticultural systems
Maintaining crop production by cultivating, de-budding and pruning, and maintaining optimal growing conditions
Monitoring crop health and implementing pest and disease control measures.
Implementing irrigation and fertilization strategies to optimize yield and quality.
Collaborating with our agricultural specialists to innovate and improve farming practices.
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
