About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day administrative and service operations of the business, ensuring the smooth running of office and field support functions.
Reporting to the Director and management team, your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating schedules, bookings, and job allocations
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries
- Liaising with suppliers, clients, and team members to ensure seamless operations
- Providing administrative support across HR, onboarding, and compliance documentation
- Supporting the Director and field team with ad-hoc admin and service tasks
- Identifying and implementing process improvements for efficiency
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience in trades or plumbing
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite, Servicem8 and Xero
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritise effectively
- A positive, solutions-focused attitude and strong teamwork mindset
