Role and Responsibilities
* Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
* Provide hardware break-fix and upgrade services for laptops, desktops, printers, and scanners
* Handle stock ordering and inventory management
* Support project activities and coordinate MACI (Move, Allocate, Change, Install) services for new equipment
* Deliver L3 desktop and L1 LAN support
* Provide technical support for voice and video conferencing systems (CUCM, Gai-Tronics)
* Coordinate with vendors and global/offshore support teams
* Evaluate and recommend new hardware/software solutions
* Support remote and roaming users, including software deployment and antivirus management
* Maintain trouble tickets, file servers, and print servers (site-specific)
* Conduct user training sessions and awareness programs on new technologies
* Assist with virus outbreak management, asset disposal, and site inventory maintenance
* Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with onsite/offshore teams and generate activity reports
* Escalate issues to management or higher support levels as needed
* Implement corrective and preventive actions identified in service reviews
* Manage Acronis backup solutions and support CCTV and intrusion detection systems
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards
Preferred Skills
* 2โ7 years of enterprise desktop support experience
* Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for ticket and procurement management
* Strong troubleshooting skills for MS Office, Adobe, Outlook, Visio, OneNote, Project, and other desktop tools
* Experience managing antivirus and endpoint protection; virus outbreak management
* Familiarity with enterprise security, Microsoft Azure, and cloud environments
* Experience supporting mobile devices (Apple, Android), DEP, and MDM platforms
* Strong knowledge of MS Teams, MTR Rooms, and other conferencing systems (Cisco, Polycom)
* Experience supporting industrial applications and hardware (RFID, barcode scanners, PLCs, controllers, etc.)
* Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
* Knowledge of LAN/WAN setups, MS Active Directory, and user ID management
* Experience working with onshore/offshore and cross-functional global teams
* Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills
* Ability to coordinate with internal IT teams (Network, Messaging, Security, Change Management)
* Physically able to move and set up PCs and other equipment (up to 20โ25 kg)
* Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
* Self-driven, collaborative, and adaptable to changing business priorities
