Key Responsibilities
* Perform month-end closing including journals, reconciliations, and reporting
* Calculate and review front-office payouts
* Conduct budget vs actual analysis and prepare management reports
* Review daily bank reconciliations
* Prepare annual financial statements
* Assist with tax, regulatory reporting, and audits
* Partner with management, HR, and business teams to provide financial insights
* Support process and system improvements
* Supervise one part-time staff member
* Manage local finance reporting
Compliance & Risk
* Ensure compliance with Regulator's regulations and internal policies
* Follow operational risk frameworks and escalate any risk events or policy breaches
* Maintain high standards of integrity and governance
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with CA/CPA/CGMA (or equivalent)
* Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant finance experience
* Experience in financial services and regulated environments preferred
* Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical skills
* Experience with PeopleSoft is a plus
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
