Role Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Airbnb Property Cleaner/contractor to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our Airbnb properties are spotless, organized, and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
* Thorough cleaning of Airbnb properties including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas.
* Restocking essential items such as toiletries, kitchen supplies, and linens.
* Laundry duties including washing, drying, and arranging guest room linens.
* Conducting regular inspections to ensure all areas of the property meet cleanliness standards.
* Promptly reporting any damages or maintenance issues to the management team.
* Ensuring all cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and stored.
* Adhering to a strict schedule to ensure properties are guest-ready at specified times.
* Following company protocols for safety and security.
Qualifications and Skills:
* At least 3 years cleaning or housekeeping experience.
* Must have a vehicle and a driver lisence, free parking is provided.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Knowledge of best practices related to cleaning and hygiene.
* Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
* Strong time management and organizational skills.
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends. 5 days availibilty is a must.
* ABN is required
