As a key member of our parts department, you will work directly with customers to find the right parts when they need them most, while supporting our sales and service teams to keep operations running smoothly.
Job Description:
* Drive growth and customer engagement across our core products
* Support sales and service teams with internal parts orders
* Manage quotes, backorders, and customer updates
* Share information on new parts, services, and dealer programs
* Pick, pack, and process orders efficiently
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous parts interpreting experience is highly regarded
* Technical knowledge of agricultural equipment
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
