Duties and Responsibilities:
* Organizing social activities and community access
* Providing assistance with daily living tasks
* Personal care including showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
* Domestic assistance, community access, and social support
* Offering companionship, friendship, and emotional support
* Documenting services provided, incidents, and completing reports as required
Minimum Requirements:
* A valid Police Check is essential
* NDIS Workers Screening Check
* Cert 3 in Aged or Disability Care or equivalent (desired)
