About the role
Afternoon shift: 2pm – 10pm.
Wacol Fulfilment Centre opening hours: Mon-Fri 5am–10pm; Sat-Sun 7am–3pm.
Base adult rate: $***** with penalty rates starting at 6pm on weekdays.
Weekend penalty rates also apply.
Our Wacol Fulfilment Centre plays a vital role in supporting our stores and customers.
By accurately packing and delivering online orders, we work together to reduce pressure on our stores and exceed customer expectations.
We operate as a team of around 150 members with over 46,000 products on site, ranging from garden care to full house build and everything in between.
We average around 4,000 customer orders each week, supplying mainly to metro areas of Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
You will be responsible for supporting the safe and smooth delivery of stock to our customers, working alongside a productive, fast-paced team in an operational fulfilment centre environment.

Who we're looking for
Safety is our top priority, and we need team members who can think and act safely in a fast-paced fulfilment centre environment.
The ideal candidate is a good team player with a passion for operations and customer service.
You'll have prior experience in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, think well on your feet, and have a strong focus on positive results while fostering a positive team culture.
What you'll need
Proven experience in manual handling within a similar environment (e.g., warehousing), with responsibilities such as order picking, cycle counting, and product sequencing, consistently applying safe lifting techniques and adhering to manual handling safety guidelines.
Any experience in the trade or building industry would be highly advantageous.
Good time-management skills and attention to detail.
Consistent focus on safety & training standards.
