With this growth comes the opportunity to join a professional, highly regarded team in a newly created Management Accountant role, supporting the CFO and the wider business.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer & Company Secretary, this is a key role within the Corporate Services team. On offer is a full-time onsite permanent role based in the stunning centre management office at Burnside Village. You will be responsible for managing the Group's cashflow, budgeting, and forecasting, while supporting major developments, feasibility studies, and Board reporting. This is a position for an experienced, analytical, and proactive finance professional who thrives on accuracy, collaboration, and delivering insights that influence business performance.
Key responsibilities include:
 * Maintaining the Group's cashflow model and preparing long-term forecasts.
 * Leading the annual budgeting process and quarterly Board reporting.
 * Managing the Group Capex register and project accounting.
 * Supporting feasibility studies and development projects.
 * Assisting with tenant outgoings, budgets, and reconciliations.
 * Driving process and system improvements across finance and reporting.
 * Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and external service providers.
Skills and Experience
 * CPA or CA qualified (ideally, although not essential)
 * 5–10 years' experience in accounting/finance roles.
 * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
 * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure.
 * Confident in building strong internal and external relationships.
 * Experience within property, shopping centre management, real estate, or hospitality (highly regarded).
 * Knowledge of the Retail and Commercial Leases Act (desirable).
 * Systems proficiency and improvement mindset critical for identifying optimisation opportunities and asking strategic questions
