Zweck Group is recruiting for a Group Compliance & Assurance Lead to help us keep our systems strong as we scale. This role will own compliance systems, assurance frameworks, and contractor compliance across a multi-business trades and services group operating at scale.
This role is about building smart, practical compliance systems that actually support the way our businesses operate. It's not a traditional site-based safety role. Instead, you'll focus on ISO management systems, assurance frameworks, contractor compliance, and making sure our operations are audit‑ready and well governed.

About the Role
In a fast‑paced operational environment, compliance, safety and quality are the integral core of our businesses. This role builds and maintains the group's compliance framework so operational leaders can deliver safely and consistently.

* Internal and external audits and certification
