This rewarding role involves delivering a range of services including domestic assistance, social support, transportation, meal preparation, personal care, and medication management.
You will work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to their unique needs and preferences.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Certificate III in Aged Care or related field, as well as current first aid and CPR certification.
