Marketing Director Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing strategy and drive business growth across multiple sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our overall marketing approach, driving integrated campaigns, managing marketing content, and overseeing cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position the organisation as a market leader.
* Drive integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, events, trade shows, and partner channels.
* Manage marketing content, website, SEO/SEM, social channels, and communications.
* Support reseller networks and account-based marketing initiatives.
* Oversee marketing projects, budgets, and cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technology, industrial, or security sectors.
* Proven experience in brand management, go-to-market campaigns, and demand generation.
* Hands-on, high-energy, and commercially focused with strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experienced with HubSpot CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing tools.
