The Role
We're seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead day-to-day food and beverage service across our venues and onboard our tour vessels. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the action — supporting service teams, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering standout guest experiences both on land and on the water.
You'll work closely with operational leaders, supervise service during tours, and maintain high standards in a dynamic, seasonal environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising food and beverage service across venues and onboard tour boats
* Leading and supporting frontline staff during service
* Ensuring smooth, safe and efficient service during marine operations
* Maintaining food safety, RSA and service standards
* Providing a warm, professional and memorable guest experience
About You
* Previous experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor or senior FOH role
* Comfortable working in marine environments and servicing guests on boats
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Calm, organised and solutions-focused under pressure
* Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to obtain)
