Your role as a Customer Service Officerputs you in the driver's seat of our service delivery, giving you the autonomy to do what you do best - helping customers achieve their banking goals.

* Exploring customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partnering with different specialists within the branch
* Keeping up with constant change.You'llsupport our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
* Being the face of the branch and customer service. Become our customer's go-to person for anything from processing transactions, handling cash, investigatingqueriesorassistingwith paperwork, all while keeping risk considerations at the forefront

This is a permanent, full-time positionlocatedin Lara.Flexibility is key to this role, which involves varying Saturday shifts.

Whatyou'llbring to the role

To succeed in this role,you'llconsistently deliver exceptional customer service.We'dlove you to have:

* Experience in customer service environment and the ability to achieve targets
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure,accuratetransactions with a risk mindset
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
* Drive for collaboration -mateshipis crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but certainly not essential
